An aid to Meditational Focus.I find it easier to focus effectively on a particular part of my body if I can visualise it.
In my early days in college I was very interested in the human body and even bought a large book on the subject - a book with a lot of diagrams. I also read from my father's medical library. Thus, I have a pretty good idea of where things are in the body and what their functions are but when my knowledge is found wanting I now use the internet.
